Planning a Vacation? Make The Travel & Adventure Show Your First Stop

Travel & Adventure ShowWind chills are in the teens and dropping, a foot of snow is coming, and I’m dreaming of a warm beach with a cool drink. But if I really thought about it, I have no idea exactly where that beach may be. I mean really, it’s a pretty big world out there, how can I be expected to figure out what sandy beach will suit me the best?

I hear the same thing from many of my friends, they have no idea how to plan their dream vacation. If they use a travel agent or tour, they will only see “touristy” sites and not get a real taste of the culture. If they rent a car and take off on their own, will they miss out on something or will they travel into unsafe locations? And what to pack, where to exchange money if needed, decent places to stay… the worries grow and their dream trip remains just that, a dream.

Chicago's travel & adventure show

But, what if there was a place you could go and get expert advice on everything from local travel to exotic locations from people who walk the walk and talk the talk? Well I’m happy to tell you such a place exists but only for a brief time. It is the Travel & Adventure Show!

  3. This is such a great idea! I can’t wait for this. There is nothing I want more than a warm beach with sand in my toes during this time instead of winter coats and snow. Can’t wait to check it out!!
